Preparation
The Co-op Contest can be accessed on the association main page by clicking Style Contest. Each week there is a Weekly Style found at the top of the page beside our Weekly Stylist and the Co-op Contest Time.
To participate in the battles you first need to prepare your outfit. You can check Nikki's Info for information on the themes. To style your outfit click Default Design at the bottom-left of the page. Don’t forget to select your Skills! Once you have chosen an outfit, click Get Dressed to save it.

Participation
In any given week there are 2 sessions with 2 battle attempts per day. Therefore, in total every member has 4 attempts per week, shown bottom-right of the page. During Co-op Contest a countdown will appear below the NPC, showing the time left until end of session. This is the only time in which Sand Skirmish battles can be done.
Team challenge grants members 20% extra material. To send a battle invitation click Team Challenge. If you exit the page the invite will be cancelled. If a member joins, their avatar will appear beside yours and the battle will automatically begin after a few seconds. Sometimes if you click Team Challenge and someone else is already waiting for a group, you don't need to check the bulletin as the system automatically sorts you into a team with the other waiting member. Alternatively, you can accept an invitation in the bulletin by clicking “Join”. If an error message appears another member has already joined or the invitation was cancelled.
You should only click “Solo Challenge” if there are no other members online as you will NOT get the 20% bonus. After using your attempts, you can still accept invitations and enter battle--but you will not receive additional materials. Doing this is still encouraged to help other members finish their attempts with the 20% bonus from your assistance!

Materials
After battle you receive Karma Sand and Memory Crystal--the currency used to obtain the Co-op Contest suits. There will be an option to give your battle partner A Like. To do this, click Confirm and a confirmation message will appear in bulletin. The number of likes you have is shown below your avatar. A higher level association will receive more materials compared to lower level associations. In a Level 10 association, you will gain an average of 115 material from 2 battles (average of 230 material from 4 battles). The amount of material you currently have is shown bottom-left of the page.
If you are unable to participate in battle you can use your remaining attempts to exchange diamonds for material. Click Memory Workshop at the left side of the page then Retrieve to purchase 37 material for 50 diamonds (consisting of 21 Karma Sand and 16 memory Crystal).

Crafting
Click Shadow Workshop at the right side of the page and use the arrows < >to navigate between the Co-op Contest suits. Above the suit image is the amount of activity points required for you to claim the items shown beside it. Each item requires a different amount of material.
The item which is currently being worked on will have a percentage on it, indicating the amount of material which has been donated to it. Click this item to see the current progress. To donate materials you have gained, click Donate Material. Once the item has 100% of materials required, it will be available to craft.
Click Co-op Craft to participate in crafting the item. Your avatar will appear in the circle around the item. Each member has 1 craft chance per item each day. The same member(s) can participate in crafting the following day (after reset) if it is incomplete. 12 Co-op Crafts from individual memebers are required to complete the item. It will say Completed on it rather than the percentage. Click the item and press Claim. All members of the association with the required activity points can claim the completed item. Items that say Own on it have been claimed already.
You can donate material, craft, and claim an item at any time during the day and any day of the week. It does not have to be done during the Co-op Contest hour session. However, while a Co-op Craft is ongoing you cannotdonate materials to any item. Once the craft is complete you will then be able to donate your materials to the next item in the suit.
In Shadow Workshop you can click Battle Rankings to see each member’s Battle Times and Material Gained or click Sand to view each member’s material Contribution towards the current suit. Material Gained refers to the total amount of material you have received from battles or purchases this week. Contribution refers to the percentage of material each member has donated towards the current suit.
